Dear Friends,

I am excited to announce that EHNTJC will host the dedication of a new ambulance for Israel's rescue service, Magen David Adom, next Wednesday, August 21, at 6:30 pm. This dedication is special, as it is dedicated to the memory of a lone soldier who died while serving with the IDF several years ago. 

Magen David Adom abides by its principle to provide emergency services to all, regardless of religion or ethnic background. 

The dedication of this ambulance has been spearheaded by Howard Zavell, son of members Bob and Dolly. We are very grateful to Howard for his generosity and hard work, as well as for choosing our congregation as the site for this special ceremony.

The new ambulance will arrive here at 6:00 pm. The dedication ceremony program will begin at 6:30, followed by our minyan at 7:00.
