Dear Friends,

The finale of the Tishrei Marathon is Simchat Torah, and it will brim with joy. We will unroll a Torah scroll, locating highlights from "in the beginning" to the death of Moses. We will dance around the sanctuary with Torah scrolls, demonstrating that it is indeed a "tree of life to those who hold fast to it." We will enjoy the music of the sensational Cantor Gale, the rocking Koleinu Band, and Kehillat Shalom's famous Kosher Krooners. We will complete one Torah and begin another. 

And, on Sunday morning, we will honor some who have served our congregation with notable distinction. This year, our Chattan Torah and Kallat Torah are Jack Lauwasser and Jackie Billings. And our Kallat Bereishit is Rose-Lynn Jaffe. They are each very deserving of these important and special honors.

Please come and celebrate Torah and honor friend in the midst of our happy community.
