Opera singer Cantor Benjamin Warschawski leads services monthly and for High Holidays and major Festivals.  The selections will include opera, cantorial and Broadway hits.

When Cantor Warschawski is away, a variety of cantorial soloists including Lori Lippitz, Layni and Dean Myers, Bibi Marcell, and Professors Jeff and Janis lead our services with Rabbi Ginsburg. A schedule of who davens when is on our upcoming events page.

1. Fundamentals of Judaism
We regularly offer 16- week cycles in which we welcome both non-Jews and Jews. The course will meet the needs of non-Jews who are eager to learn about Judaism and are considering conversion or living in an interfaith relationship, as well as Jews who are looking for a stronger foundation in the history, customs, holidays, prayer, and theology of Judaism.

Sundays, 9:30-11:30 AM

Cost - $160 if not converting + $100 for books; $300 if converting with us + $100 for book & material fee per set, taught by Rabbi Ginsburg & Rebbetzin Ginsburg. Contact Gail Ginsburg at ginsburg.gail@gmail.com

2. Hebrew Language
Beginners & Intermediate. These 8-week courses will start with the basics of letter
recognition and will move on through basic reading skills. The course will also help the students become more familiar and competent in navigating the Siddur (prayer book). Offered several times a year.

Sundays, 11:30-12:30 PM – Beginners.
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30 PM Hebrew classes.

3. Youtube Videos
200 brief videos of Jewish content by Rabbi Ginsburg. Search on the internet for Youtube. When you get there, search for Rabbi Jonathan Ginsburg and you’ll find them or go to www.esynagogue.org and see them all listed.

4. Shabbat LUNCH & LEARN
Monthly: Study the commandments and their rationale-Shabbat after services, taught by Rabbi Ginsburg. ($5 for lunch).

5. Sunday Series
Watch for schedule of different classes or series of classes on a variety of topics. (See Sunday flyer in the Bulletin).

6. Spirituality & Pirke Avot/Ethics of the Ancestors
Taught by Rebbetzin Gail Ginsburg. Contact her at ehntedu@yahoo.com. Meets weekly, Tuesday afternoons, 2-3 PM; watch for schedule.

7. Yehntta
Your Ezra- Habonim Niles Township Torah abstract. Regular emails on topics of Jewish interest from Rabbi Ginsburg. To be added, email ehntrab@yahoo.com.

8. Yiddish at Kiddish Tish
Marvell Ginsburg leads this Yiddish class after Saturday AM services. Monthly.
